Return an Item
Please return every Item unused, including purchase information and our return flyer to the address below. The procedure is as followed:
Step 1 - contact us and clarify a possible refund or alternative solution to a return. Without prior notification, the return may not be accepted.
We will confirm the return if necessary. All returns are at your own expense!
Step 2 - Write your Order ID and / or customer ID on the return box. This way we know directly who had send the return.
We do not offer return vouchers. Each customer is responsible for the return shipment at their own expense and responsibility. Here below are our return addresses:

In the case of a return, we kindly ask you to inform us via email or phone. This is the only way we can guarantee the best possible handling of your complaint. It is important that you provide us with your return data (order number / item number). For this purpose, a flyer is enclosed with every shipment. Alternatively, you can print it out yourself, see below.
Furthermore, we need a few clear photos of your parts in case they show any damage. (Delivery damage / manufacturer's problem / production error etc.) The costs of the return delivery to our German address lie with the customer, who has the free choice regarding the shipping service provider. In the event of manufacturer damage, the return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Return damaged good
It does not happen often, but there is a chance that your order will be damaged during delivery. In this case, we must ask you to complete the following steps so that we can process your request as quickly as possible and without any problems.
- On delivery, the DPD courier notes the delivery damage in his scanner. If he does not note this, you should not give him a signature.
- Take a few photos of the damage (box, product, filling material) and send them to us.
- You call DPD and report the delivery damage.
With your pictures and information we contact our contact person at DPD too. The deadline for this is 14 days after delivery. Yours and our reports will be combined and thus handled optimally and as quickly as possible.
Once the process is complete, we will communicate with you on how to proceed. Sometimes we can exchange your product directly, in other cases a voucher is the better choice. In the case of doubtful delivery damage, we have to monitor the decision of DPD and therefore ask you for a little patience in any case of doubt.
