We deliver to France, Spain, Germany, Austria and all other EU countries with our international logistics partner DPD. GLS delivers all our Cityscooters directly from a warehouse in the Netherlands. The SK-Shop headquarters are located in France, and we have another address in Germany.
Below you will find more information about returning your order. You can also download a return flyer. Please always send it with your order if possible!
As a rule, an order is delivered within approx. 48 hours (applies to deliveries to France / Spain) after the goods have left our warehouse. Outside the metropolitan areas, delivery takes approx. 2 - 3 working days (for immediate payment with e.g. PayPal).
For each order there is a handy live tracking link, so you always know where your box is. If in doubt, please also check your email folder 'SPAM'. Sometimes our shipping mails are forwarded there.Below you will find a detailed overview of our cut-off and delivery times on the respective weekdays.
Here you can see an overview of the SK-Shop delivery times. If you order before 11:00 'o clock and settle the order with a live payment option (PayPal or Amazon Pay), your package will be shipped on the same day. All orders that arrive after our cut-off on Friday will be handed over to the supplier on Monday afternoon. On Saturdays and Sundays, our warehouse staff and shipping service providers do not work. At these times our customer service is only partially available. If you place an order with the bank transfer option, this will only be processed once the money has arrived in our account. Depending on the bank, there may be a delay of 1-2 days.
The table refers to a regular week without public holidays. Around Christmas, Easter, Whitsun or Ascension Day, the delivery time is extended accordingly.

In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other European countries. The shipping costs are listed below. France and Spain are delivered within 24 hours. Our main warehouse is located in the South of France.
If you receive an error in the calculation of the shipping costs, it is unfortunately not possible to deliver to the country in question at the moment.
Due to the Corona crisis it is possible that certain deliveries are not possible. We will inform you as soon as possible. Please forgive us even if your delivery takes longer than usual.

Delivery date information
The period for delivery shall commence in the case of payment in advance on the day on which the money is received in our bank account or, in the case of other methods of payment, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
Delivery charges & order value
The delivery costs for an order to France, Spain, Germany or Austria up to 40,00€ shopping cart value are 3,95€. If you order more, the delivery is free of charge for you! Further delivery costs and minimum order values per country can be found in the table below.
Shipping to a packing station is not possible. The delivery costs for an order with shipping to Switzerland or other NON-EU countries, will be calculated with 25€ excluding VAT. In most cases we ship with DPD, therefore delivery to a post office is not possible!

You can pay in our shop with many different payment methods. Here you can find more information about the SK-Shop payment options. A PayPal or Amazon Pay payment is processed by our system without delay. After a succesful payment you will receive a confirmation instantly. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive another email with your personal tracking code. At every order we send an invoice including VAT. Please also check your email folder 'unwanted' or the SPAM folder. Sometimes our mails to you are found there.
Please also always give us a phone number of a local contact person. This way we avoid problems with the delivery and are 100% sure that someone can always be reached. Our drivers are always happy to call you if delivery is not possible. Or if you can't find your front door.

Return an Item
Please return every Item unused, including purchase information and our return flyer to the address below. The procedure is as followed:
Step 1 - contact us and clarify a possible refund or alternative solution to a return. Without prior notification, the return may not be accepted.
We will confirm the return if necessary. All returns are at your own expense!
Step 2 - Write your Order ID and / or customer ID on the return box. This way we know directly who had send the return.
We do not offer return vouchers. Each customer is responsible for the return shipment at their own expense and responsibility. Here below are our return addresses:

In the case of a return, we kindly ask you to inform us via email or phone. This is the only way we can guarantee the best possible handling of your complaint. It is important that you provide us with your return data (order number / item number). For this purpose, a flyer is enclosed with every shipment. Alternatively, you can print it out yourself, see below.
Furthermore, we need a few clear photos of your parts in case they show any damage. (Delivery damage / manufacturer's problem / production error etc.) The costs of the return delivery to our German address lie with the customer, who has the free choice regarding the shipping service provider. In the event of manufacturer damage, the return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Return damaged good
It does not happen often, but there is a chance that your order will be damaged during delivery. In this case, we must ask you to complete the following steps so that we can process your request as quickly as possible and without any problems.
- On delivery, the DPD courier notes the delivery damage in his scanner. If he does not note this, you should not give him a signature.
- Take a few photos of the damage (box, product, filling material) and send them to us.
- You call DPD and report the delivery damage.
With your pictures and information we contact our contact person at DPD too. The deadline for this is 14 days after delivery. Yours and our reports will be combined and thus handled optimally and as quickly as possible.
Once the process is complete, we will communicate with you on how to proceed. Sometimes we can exchange your product directly, in other cases a voucher is the better choice. In the case of doubtful delivery damage, we have to monitor the decision of DPD and therefore ask you for a little patience in any case of doubt.
