Delivery- and payment options
We deliver reliable and fast with our logistics partner DPD as a tracked package to the UK, Ireland and all other EU countries. Our company headquarters is located in France, here in case your return will be sent. Furthermore, we have another address in Germany for all additional returns. For each order you will receive a return slip, as well as a flyer on which all instructions for return are explained. Below you will find more information about a return of your order.
Usually an order arrives after the goods left our warehouse within approx. 48 hours to 3 days. At every order there is a practical tracking link attached, so you always know where your package is currently located. If in doubt, please also check your email folder 'unwanted' or SPAM. Sometimes our emails are forwarded there. Below you will find an exact overview of our shipping times on the respective weekdays.
Here is an approximate overview of our delivery times. If you order before 15: 00h and settle the order with a live payment option (Paypal) your package will be sent the same day. All orders arriving after 15:00 on Fridays may not be delivered to the supplier until Monday afternoon. Our warehouse staff and shipping service providers do not work Saturday and Sunday. At these times, our customer service is only partially available. If you place an order using the bank transfer option, this will only be processed from the moment the money has arrived on our account. Depending on the bank, there may be 1-3 days delay. The table below refers to a regular week without holidays. Around Christmas and other holidays the delivery time is extended accordingly.

If you order from us within the scope of an order several articles, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time applies to the consignment overall, which applies to the item of your order with the longest delivery time. The delivery time for articles of the company Xootr amounts to 1-3 days (for a delivery to the UK / Ireland).
Specific delivery time calculation
The period for delivery begins with payment in advance on the day of receipt of the money in our bank account or other payment methods the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.

A dispatch to a packing station of the DHL only conditionally possible. The delivery costs for an order with dispatch to Switzerland or other NON-EU countries, we charge 25 € excluding VAT. We ship in most cases with DPD, so no delivery is possible at a post office! There are two delivery attempts. A Paypal payment is processed without delay by our system. After payment you will receive a confirmation directly. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your personal tracking code. For each order we send an invoice incl. VAT. Please check also your email folder 'unwanted' or the SPAM folder. Sometimes our emails are deposited there.

Returning an Item
Please only return any unused items, including your purchase information and our return flyer back to the address below. The process is as followed:
> Step 1 - contact us and clarify a possible refund or alternative solution to a return.
We confirm the return, if necessary. All returns are at your own expense!
- > We do not offer return tickets. The return delivery is the responsibility of the customer at his own expense and responsibility.

In case of a return we ask you very much to inform us via email or telephone. Only then can we guarantee an optimal treatment of your complaint. It is important that you tell us your data for the return (order number / article number). For this purpose, each order is accompanied by a flyer. Alternatively, you can also print it yourself, see below. We also need a photo of your parts if they are damaged. (Delivery damage / manufacturer's problem / production errors etc.) The costs of the return delivery to our German address lie with the customer, who has the free choice regarding the shipping service provider.
