Privacy Policy SK-Shop (Updated 2021)

Thank you for your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below you will find detailed information on how we handle your data.

The person responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the basic data protection regulations (DSGVO) is Mr Martin at Scooter-Kickboard.de / part of the group: SDG Distribution, 114 Rue des Vanniers / 40150 Soorts-Hossegor / EN

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of personal data and other confidential content (e.g. orders or inquiries to the responsible person), this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the character string "https://" and the padlock symbol in the line of your browser.

1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our websites without giving any personal information. Each time you call up a website, the web server automatically records a server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and which documents the call.

This access data is evaluated exclusively for the purpose of ensuring the smooth operation of the website and to improve our offer. In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, this serves to safeguard our essentially legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer as part of a balancing of interests. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after you have finished visiting our website.

Hosting services by a third party provider
As part of the processing on our behalf, a third party provider provides us with web site hosting and display services. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer, which outweigh any other interests. All data collected in connection with the use of this website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online shop as described below are processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the framework described here.

This service provider is located in a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Information about data protection at plentymarkets and the privacy policy of plentymarkets GmbH can be found on the plentymarkets website under "plentymarkets.eu".

1.2.2 The personal data we collect is passed on to the transport company responsible for the delivery in the context of contract processing, insofar as this is necessary to deliver the goods. We pass on your payment data within the scope of payment processing to the designated credit institution.

1.2.3 In the case of payment via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal, we will forward your payment data to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as "PayPal") within the framework of payment processing. PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for credit card payment methods via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - by "purchase on account" via PayPal. The result of the credit assessment with regard to the statistical probability of non-payment is used by PayPal to decide on the provision of the respective payment method. The credit report can contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit report, they are based on a scientifically recognized mathematical and statistical procedure. Among other things, the address data is included in the calculation of the point values. For more information on data protection legislation, including the credit agencies used, please refer to PayPal's data protection statement: https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full.

1.2.4 All other payments : Credit card payments are processed by our partner Concardis. The contact details are as follows: Concardis GmbH, Helfmann-Park 7, 65760 Eschborn / Germany.

However, we do secure our website and other systems by technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorised persons. These measures include, among others, high level encryption of the website. Encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorized persons to view information transferred between computers. Therefore, it is very unlikely that anyone would read this page when it was sent over the network.

2. Collection and use of data for processing contracts and opening a customer account

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide us with this information as part of your order, when you contact us (e.g. via the contact form or e-mail) or when you open a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, because in these cases we need the data for processing the contract, or for processing your contact or opening a customer account, and you cannot complete the order and/or opening an account or sending the contact without their indication. The collected data can be accessed from the respective data entry forms. We use the data you provide us in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1 S. 1 lit. b WAAO for the processing of contracts and the handling of your inquiries. After the complete processing of the contract or the deletion of your customer account, your data will be limited to further processing and deleted after the expiry of the retention periods stipulated by tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data for other legally permitted purposes, which we inform you about in this declaration. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be carried out either by sending a message to the contact option described below or by using a customer account function provided for this purpose.
3. Data transfer

In order to execute the contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO, we shall pass on your data to the transport company responsible for the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods. Depending on the payment service provider you select in the order process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the bank responsible for payment and, where applicable, to the payment service provider commissioned by us or the payment service selected for payment processing. In some cases, the selected payment service providers may also collect this data themselves if you open an account with them. In this case, you must log on to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. In this regard, the data protection declaration of the payment service provider concerned applies.

We use payment service providers and shipping companies that are based in a country outside the European Union. The transfer of personal data to these companies only takes place within the framework of the necessity of the execution of the contract.

Transfer of data to shipping service providers
If you have given us your express consent during or after your order, we will pass on your e-mail address and telephone number to the shipping service provider selected in accordance with Section 6 paragraph 1 subparagraph 1 letter a) of the DSGVO, so that the latter can contact you prior to delivery to announce or coordinate the delivery.

This consent may be revoked at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or directly to the shipping service provider at the contact address indicated below. After revocation, we will delete the data you have provided for this purpose, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data for other purposes permitted by law and which we inform you about in this declaration.

For the display of our Trusted Shops seal of approval and the collected evaluations as well as for the offer of Trusted Shops products to purchasers after an order, the Trusted Shops trust mark is integrated on this website.

This access data is not evaluated and is automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the website.
Other personal data is only transferred to Trusted Shops if you have given your consent, if you decide to use Trusted Shops products after placing an order or if you have already registered to use them. In this case, the contractual agreement between you and Trusted Shops applies.

Using Google (Universal) Analytics for web analysis
This website uses Google (Universal) Analytics, a web analytics service of Google LLC (www.google.de), for the analysis of the website. This enables us to safeguard our essentially legitimate interests in an optimised presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the United States and shortened there. The anonymised IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Google LLC is based in the USA and is certified under the EU-US privacy program. A current certificate can be viewed here. On the basis of this agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the European Commission has established an adequate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.

You can prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie related to your use of the website (including your IP address) from Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.

As an alternative to the browser plugin, you can click on this link to prevent Google Analytics from saving data on this website in the future. By doing so, a deactivation cookie will be stored on your terminal device. If you delete your cookies, you must click on the link again.

7. Advertising via marketing networks

Remarketing of Google AdWords
Through Google Adwords, we promote this website in Google search results and on third party websites. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our website in accordance with Art. 6, para. 1, S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, which take precedence over any other interests. Once the purpose and use of Google AdWords Remarketing has been terminated by us, the data collected in this context will be deleted.

Any further processing of the data will only take place if you have agreed with Google that your web and application browsing history will be linked by Google to your Google Account and that the information in your Google Account will be used to customize the ads you see on the web. In this case, if you are signed in to Google while browsing our website, Google will use your information along with Google Analytics data to create and define target audience lists for cross-device remarketing. For this purpose, your personal data is temporarily linked by Google to Google Analytics data to form target groups.
