Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provision, according to which a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which are primarily neither commercial nor their independent professional activity :

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The period of revocation is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or take possession of the last goods.

inform us by a clear statement (for example, a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached model revocation form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. We also provide a leaflet with return information for each mailing. In order to comply with the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notice of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to make a refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return or surrender the Goods immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date you notified us of the termination of this Agreement directly to our registered office at the following address SDG DISTRIBUTION, 114 rue des Vanniers, 40150 Soorts Hossegor, France.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the return is due to a technical or other production defect, the shipping costs will be refunded. You shall only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to test their condition, properties and functionality.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all parts of the packaging. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that the appropriate packaging provides sufficient protection against transport damage.
2) Do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above-mentioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

If you wish to cancel the contract, please fill in this form and return it to our head office. It is also possible to send the requested data in a short letter.
